Ellipsys Commercial Technology Group, the new dealer buying group for commercial integrators that is part of the Nationwide Marketing Group portfolio, announced this week it has achieved solid progress in its establishment as a completely new buying group. The company says it believes it is “off to a fast start in 2024,” with more evidence of its progress showing up every day.

Originally launching at InfoComm 2023, Ellipsys is less than one year old. A completely new organization under the Nationwide Marketing Group umbrella, Ellipsys has covered a lot of ground considering its entire existence is measured in months…not years.
The group says it has been focused on building a strong foundation for the organization and has made great ground in that effort. And even though they still have another quarter to go before they complete year one – Ellipsys Executive Director Chris Whitley and his management team are already planning on the steps necessary to keep driving the momentum as it moves towards the start of year two.
Group Added 4 New Product Vendors and 3 New Service Vendors in Q1 2024
Ellipsys has added four important new product vendors and three new service vendors since the beginning of 2024. These new product partners include ViewSonic, LEA Professional, DTEN, and Liberty AV. The new service vendors include AV Design Labs, D-Tools, and Team WorldWide.
We are excited to add these founding partners to the Ellipsys community. Each partner provides a niche product or service, from conference room and collaboration technology to amplifiers and AV technology, cable, signal DSP, AV over IP, estimating, shipping and logistics support, and drafting and engineering services, all of which are critical to the success of any commercial integrator’s business. We look to build on these partnerships, working closely with each brand to provide the best offering possible for our members.

This means that just nine months into its existence, Ellipsys has already signed up a total of 16 participating vendor partners for its membership. And, of course, more are in the works.

Ellipsys will be attending the upcoming cavlo Trade Show – they are a sponsor – where the group will meet with both potential new vendors and commercial integrators interested in exploring the benefits of joining the group.
