Redwood Marketing, Inc. announced the dates and plans for this year’s CI Expo 2025, taking place at a new, expanded venue at the Doubletree Hotel at the Club in Pleasanton, CA. The Expo is scheduled for May 29, 2025, and will offer new upgraded features such as multiple upscale outdoor vignettes, an expanded exhibit space, a new program, and more participating brands.

This year will be the 16th iteration of the CI Expo and the event producer tells me that it will be the biggest and best one yet. Unique to this event, the CI Expo features all the latest products and technologies for both the commercial and the residential channels. As many integrators are involved in crossover projects, this means they can conveniently find everything they need for each channel under one roof.
For 16 years, the CI Expo has given systems integrators direct access to manufacturers and the opportunity to get technical questions answered, see product demonstrations, and find new solutions.

As usual, entrance into the event is free for integrators – how’s that for a bargain? CI Expo 2025 is produced thanks to the combined efforts of local distributors and independent manufacturer representative firms. This cooperative event brings the show to you, and with over 70 brands represented in an interactive environment, it has never been easier to stay on top of technology transitions.
This year we are excited to expand our outdoor audio and video exhibits as well as cutting edge 4K and 8K video, wireless audio and video systems, high-performance projectors, digital signage, smart home devices, surveillance cameras, lighting controls, networking equipment, and more. New this year is an expanded focus on cybersecurity, with seminars and exhibits on protecting clients’ networks and smart home systems. It gives us a chance to show them the latest and greatest gear in an interactive way, so they can determine what best fits their clients’ needs.

This year, CI Expo 2025 features a free Lunch & Learn with well-known industry expert Chris Smith of TheCo Team. Chris will speak to a critical issue for our industry, Hiring Best Practices for the CI World. An expert in CI personnel placement, Chris will share with attendees the key elements of a hiring process that will help streamline and ensure the best shot at building an amazing team. There will be ample tips and tricks that winning organizations use to build great teams. Attendees will walk away with at least one element they don’t do today but could…or that they do use today, but want to improve upon.
Vendor & CEDIA Training Sessions the Entire Day
A major benefit of attending CI Expo 2025 is that there will be free vendor training sessions all day long. Sessions are planned from major brands, such as Bowers & Wilkins, Marantz, Denon, Definitive Technology, Polk Audio, Classé, HEOS, Epson, Grimani Systems, Sony, Lutron, Lighting and Shading, Barco, Lyngdorf, and more.
There will also be CEDIA trainings held throughout the day.
Who is Behind CI Expo 2025?
CI Expo 2025 is hosted by local distributors Profit Line Distributing, Sierra Select Distributors, Custom Electronic Supply, and rep firms Redwood Marketing, Zone Pacific, ALR, Paul Collins Group, and Fielder Marketing. The event is also endorsed by CEDIA, the trade association.
CI Expo 2025 runs from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Thursday, May 29th at the DoubleTree Hotel at the Club, 7050 Johnson Dr., Pleasanton, CA 94588. Tickets are free for dealers and partner associates. There is free parking and a free lunch will be served.
