Snap One announced this week that it has opened another “Partner Store” – a locally based warehouse location – that carries its products as well as other brands and offers support and training for area integrators. This new location opened in Hollywood, Florida, and – interestingly – is being operated by their Allnet branch.

The company says that this is their 9th new location that opened up in 2021 “…regardless of complications from the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.” Perhaps even more remarkable, it is their 30th partner store in their network. This looks to me like a pretty clear statement on their commitment to having a local presence throughout the U.S.
One of the most unique aspects of Snap One is its vertical integration where the company on its own designs, specifies, manufactures, imports, and distributes its products across the country. Most other brands work with various partners such as independent sales representatives and independent distributors. In Snap One’s case, they own their entire network for total control.
The Hollywood, Florida location features a 15,000 sq. ft. warehouse (they like to call them “stores” for reasons that escape me) where “…all products are in stock and easily accessible.” It also offers 24-hour will call product “self pick-up,” spacious training facilities, and a dealer refreshment area.
It was encouraging to see many of our dealer and vendor Partners attend the event, and it was very fulfilling to mingle in person after a long hiatus away from events of any type. We’re thrilled to see such a warm reception to our market expansion and are excited to continue increasing Partners’ same-day access to a wide assortment of brands and products, with a current total of 30 locations nationwide.”
Snap One VP of Sales Bill Zidek
Snap One says that more than 130 of their partners attended the grand opening, while more than 20 vendors brought their latest products for display including Samsung, Sony, Sonos, Sound United, Klipsch, KEF, Legrand, and many more. As you might imagine, Snap One also showed off many of their own brands and said they set up special “Outdoor Solutions” station, an OvrC-enabled demo rack, and a “Tower of Power” featuring WattBox products.
The company also announced the return to live in-store events, starting with a 13-city tour of one-day dealer education sessions on OvrC-enabled solutions. Want to attend this event? Follow this link to sign-up for a local live education session on OvrC.
