Sonance, a leading manufacturer of fine custom integration audio gear, announced last week that it has appointed Glenn Kalinowski as Director of Sales and Strategic Partnerships. Kalinowski, the company says, is a “trusted industry expert” who will oversee key territories in North America, including Canada.

In addition to his territorial oversight duties, Sonance notes that Kalinowski will also focus on developing what they call Global Strategic Partnerships. These partnerships will be targeted at driving the company’s growth in the professional audio market.
Kalinowski’s appointment is the second major personnel move recently made by the company as it continues to drive its growth in the professional audio market. In late October, Sonance appointed Morten Jorgensen as Vice President of Professional Audio.

Sonance notes that Kalinowski’s career includes over 30 years of experience in Pro AV. Throughout this time, he has held a range of roles including Systems Installer to Systems Designer, Director of Operations, and various senior roles in Sales Management.
A Career of Driving Growth in Pro AV
Most recently, Kalinowski was Senior Business Manager for North America at Harman International. In this role, he is said to have managed key business initiatives and partnerships. Prior to Harman, Kalinowski worked at Bose Professional where the company said he contributed to the division’s “significant business growth.”
