Capital Summit @ CEDIA Expo 2015 Announced
Intrepid Investment Bankers, LLC and Stiernberg Consulting have announced that they will once again partner to host a Capital Summit in conjunction with the CEDIA Expo taking place in Dallas next month from October 14-17. This is the second time the two companies – one a middle-market investment bank and the other an industry consulting firm – have held the event which offers attendees an expert panel sharing information on a variety of issues related to capital strategies.

The event promoters say that Capital Summit attendees will have the opportunity to hear from a panel that includes “private equity firms, prominent CEDIA members and C-level executives” discussing top issues of the day. These topics will include:
- What investors look for in a company
- How to find qualified investors
- Dos and Don’ts of presenting your opportunity to investors
- The problem with investing in our industry and how to solve it
- Examples of successful mergers and acquisitions in our industry
- How to get started if you do not have an exit strategy
Panelists for the Capital Summit are:
Paul Jacobs, President and CEO of Klipsch Group, Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of loudspeaker systems
LeGrand Lewis, Chairman of weBoost, Inc. (formerly Wilson Electronics). Lewis is also Managing Director of Sorenson Capital, a Utah-based private equity firm
Itai Ben-Gal, CEO and Co-Founder of On Controls, a cloud-enabled home automation solution
Gary Rabishaw, Managing Director and Head of Consumer &n Professional Electronics practice at Intrepid Investment Bankers
John Stiernberg, President and Founder of Stiernberg Consulting
Adam Abramowitz, Senior Vice President and Co-Head of Consumer & Professional Electronics for Intrepid Investment Bankers
Although the Summit is open to anyone – manufacturers and distributors in particular will benefit from some of the strategies presented. The Capital Summit will take place Wednesday, October 14th at 2:30PM-5:15PM in Room C140 at the Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center in Dallas, TX.
